What is Online Shopping?

Customer can lace an order online using the website. Qualified Southern Foods will either deliver your order at your address or you pick up from store. There is no walk in.

 

What is your minimum order?

There is no minimum order requirement.

 

Is Delivery Free?

Delivery charge depends upon the location and order amount. Delivery chare will be shown in your cart before placing and order. You can choose USPS shipping, and your order will arrive in as little as 1-3 business days. We offer deliver in southern California. Delivery is FREE when you order $200 online. Our base delivery fee is $50 for all other orders. Pick up is always Free.

 

What is the delivery time?

Most of the Delivery will be made next business day You will receive an email from us once order is ready.

 

Do I need to stay home to receive shipment?

Yes, we expect you to receive the shipment and confirm the order is, as per the expectation. If it’s not possible, please leave us a note to drop the parcel at your doorstep. You can add comment while placing and order. We assume that you understand the risk of frozen product contamination if kept at room temperature.

 

What is pickup and how does it work?

Pickup is our online ordering service. Simply shop online for the products you need and pick up your order at the warehouse! Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Our associates will even bring out your purchases and load them into your car. Pick up is always Free.

 

How to return the products?

We make sure that product is in good condition before we deliver. Unless the product is faulty upon opening return will not be accepted. Fresh and Frozen products cannot be returned.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can place a request to cancel the order. If order has not left the facility, we will cancel the order and refund the money. You can change your order before order leaves the facility. Here we do not guarantee to delivery within promise time.

 

What if the received order is incorrect or damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and inform delivery personal immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

What if you are unable to place an order online?

What if an item I ordered is not available?

It happens rare, System will show the product is out of stock before placing and order. If product goes out of stock after the order is placed, we will contact you for an alternate product or refund.
